Role Requirements:
- Passion for Landscape Design: A background in landscape architecture with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Educational Credentials: Degree in landscape architecture and relevant professional accreditation (or working towards), such as CMLI.
- Infrastructure Expertise: Strong understanding of infrastructure planning, design, Environmental Impact Assessment, and delivery, including knowledge of consenting regimes for NSIPs.
- Collaborative Leadership: Experience in leading or coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, engaging in the creative design process, and focusing on outcomes.
- Project Development: Ability to appraise issues, risks, and opportunities, support project narratives and design principles, and deliver Biodiversity Net Gain.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in engaging with key infrastructure planning stakeholders and representing clients in various contexts.
- Business Development: An interest in business development and a network of contacts is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a personable, team-oriented approach.
