About us

Contingency Definition: “A provision for a possible event or circumstance.”

Contingency Recruitment

Contingency Definition: “A provision for a possible event or circumstance.”Melbury Search has Contingency recruitment agreements in place with trusted employers, which enable us to make highly relevant candidate introductions. In a tight talent market, a timely contingent introduction might sometimes seem speculative, but is in fact built upon the strong understanding we have developed for the markets we serve and the time we carefully take getting to know employers. It costs nothing for Employers to put Contingency recruitment terms in place with Melbury Search. A fee is only payable on success. And it could make all the difference. Contact Us to agree Contingency Recruitment Terms
A Melbury Search Contingency Client relationship:
NIRAS Group’s Marine Environment UK team are market-leaders when it comes to advising on the development and operation of marine infrastructure, especially through the provision of environmental consultancy services for offshore wind, sub-marine cables, and other sectors.Melbury Search relates strongly to NIRAS’s core values, ‘Listen, Learn, Deliver’, their commitment to the green energy transition, and their clear focus on employee development and welfare. We are therefore delighted to have NIRAS as a Contingency recruitment client.Having the Contingency recruitment relationship in place with NIRAS means that a level of communication, understanding, and trust already exists between us.So, when NIRAS wanted to put together a team of Marine Environment UK Project Managers, Melbury Search was ready and able to respond quickly. We were able to quickly introduce candidates we were confident of being a strong fit. In this case, Melbury Search was able to introduce three new PMs, who started successfully over the course of four months.
