Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare EIA Screening and Scoping Requests.
- Manage and compile Environmental Statements, including drafting introductory chapters and topic chapter templates.
- Co-ordinate and review specialist inputs, integrating them into comprehensive Environmental Statements.
- Serve as the direct point of contact between clients and the wider project team, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of five years’ experience in an environmental or planning consultancy/public sector environment.
- A relevant degree or master’s in Environment and Development, Environmental Policy, or Planning.
- Practitioner member or above of ISEP.
- Proven experience in co-ordinating EIAs across a wide range of projects.
- Comfortable leading aspects of EIA co-ordination independently, without direct Director supervision.
- Experience with NSIP projects is advantageous but not essential.
