Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of complex EIA projects.
- Coordinate environmental inputs for major infrastructure and development projects.
- Collaborate with internal technical specialists and designers.
- Develop early strategies, feasibility studies, and detailed designs.
- Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, and stakeholders.
- Prepare fee proposals and author environmental reports and EIA documentation.
- Ensure environmental issues are central to development design.

Skills and Experience:
- Relevant environmental degree level qualification in EIA or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of EIA processes and UK legislation.
- Broad technical understanding of key environmental disciplines.
- Significant experience in leading complex, multi-disciplinary EIAs.
- Strong verbal and report writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with specialist technical teams.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Extensive experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven financial control and project management experience.
- Experience in line management and overseeing junior team members.
- Experience in bid preparation and business development activities.
